The Atlantian Storm appears near the Grand Reef landmark on the map. Just go to the (X: -3.576, Y: 151, Z: 523) to reach the island. Here, you will find the Atlantean Storm appearing around its vicinity. Once you find such a storm, go close to it with your boat and start fishing to reel in the creatures below.
