All Altered Strain event rewards and challenges in MW3 & Warzone

The Altered Strain event is part of Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone season 4 for Call of Duty along with Retro Warfare. Here’s a look at the rewards and challenges you’ll find in the MW3 and Warzone Altered Strain event.

Call of Duty MW3 & Warzone Altered Strain event rewards and challenges

The Altered Strain event adds collectible DNA to MW3 and Warzone. After defeating a player or zombie, a piece of colored DNA will drop. You must collect these pieces to get the rewards associated with the color we have listed below. The Yellow and Pink DNA is not yet available, but should become available soon. The Altered Strain event runs from on the 26th of June, 2024until July 24th, 2024.

  • 6,250 Cyto-RCG: “Flop Shot” Mutation Effect
  • 12,500 Cyto-RCG: Double XP Token
• Master Challenge 3 – Unknown DNA (Coming soon)
  • 1,200: “Repocket” Mutation Effect
  • 2,340: “You Tried!” calling Card
  • 4,675: “Mutation Station” sticker.
  • 9,350: “Set” Mutation Effect
• Master Challenge 4 – Unknown dna (Coming soon)
  • 1,560: “Galvanized” Mutation Effect
  • 3,125: Battle Pass Tier Skip
  • 6,250: “Dendritic Devastation” Weapon Cam

Completing the Mastery will reward you with the Strands and Slaughter Blueprint for the Subverter Battle Rifle. It comes with various attachments and a detailed DNA thread cam that makes the gun stand out. Make sure you complete the event to get your hands on this blueprint.
