Renier
Renier is the first boss in Demon Piece for the Pirates. You will find him in the southern part of Windmill Village (Spawn Island). I recommend taking this battle after reaching 30 and having at least level 15 mastery with your default punch.
He is a very mobile boss who keeps running in all directions. So, the best strategy is to stay behind him when he stops running and throw punches at the back of his neck. Also, avoid standing in front of him to get hit by his blow. Repeat this loop to get behind him and avoid punches to eliminate Renier.

The Guard Captain is an easy NPC boss on the floating island of Skype. Reach Skypiea while traveling east of Arlong Park. Here, you can find the Guard Captain at the front of the castle area.
