All Dead by Daylight Vecna Perks and Power

The Dungeons and Dragons chapter is a great addition to the game, but not all Assassins and Survivors are great for everyone. Here are all the benefits and power of Dead by Daylight Vecna so you can figure out whether to get him or not.

Vecna’s power in Dead by Daylight

Vecna is a notorious villain in the Dungeons and Dragons lore, so it makes perfect sense that he is the Slayer added in the DnD DBD chapter. Vecna’s Power in Dead by Daylight is the Book of Vile Darkness that contains four spells:

  • Magic Hand – a skeleton hand that interacts with pallets. It can either block a vertical pallet or lift a dropped pallet.
  • fly – in short move faster by ignoring windows and palettes.
  • Dispelling Sphere – An AoE sphere that moves across the map revealing Survivors and temporarily disabling their Magic Items.
  • Flight of the Damned – creates skeletal ghosts that fly through obstacles and injure Survivors.

This power is quite unique in the game, so it might take you a bit to get used to all the spells. And don’t worry, you can swap between everyone at any time during a match.

All the benefits of The Lich Killer in DBD

The power of the Assassin is the most important when choosing which one to buy, but the Assassin Paths also help. You can check out all the Lich perks in DBD below with an explanation of what they all do.

Good name Benevolent Description
Dark Arrogance Increases the duration you are blinded and stunned due to an increase in vault speed.
A Langour Touch When a Survivor in your Terror Radius scares a crow, they become exhausted for a short period of time.
Weave Setting When a Survivor’s Item becomes depleted for the first time, they drop it to the ground. The Auras of any Survivors near that item are revealed to you. In addition to that, when a Survivor picks up that item, they become Oblivious for a short period of time.

Dead by Daylight has many Survivor Aura read perks that activate in various ways (generators popping, hooking a Survivor, etc.). A Langour Touch is the first advantage that reveals the Survivor Aura when they scare the crows. This advantage can be quite unfortunate for Survivors who are used to running everywhere all the time, even in the Terror Radius of Assassins.

Dark Arrogance there’s an interesting perk that I won’t use. The reward of a fast vault doesn’t really make up for the disadvantage blind and stun for a longer period of time. And if you come across a SWF with flashlights, then you should get this perk out of your loadout ASAP.

Weave Setting It’s definitely a fun perk and I’ll be using it. Survivors like to take anything that’s on the ground (speaking from experience). Fear of this boon will certainly not stop me; I can already see how I will be permanently Forgetful.
