All Enemies in Dust Journey and how to kill them

In addition to grabbing resources, many new players roughly kill enemies in A Dusty Trip. The main reason is that there are different types of enemies, and you should implement individual strategies for each of them instead of defaulting to spamming the weapon button. So here is a list of all the Enemies in Dusty Trip and how to kill them.

How to Kill Enemies in Dust Journey

Are you ready to take on the challenges of A Dusty Trip? Here’s a preview of the enemies you’ll encounter and the most effective methods to take them down.

Bandits

Bandits are one of the dangerous enemies in A Dusty Trip. The main reason for this is that they are the only enemy type that gives a gun and can shoot from any range. So, if you suddenly face them in the game, you should use your car or any nearby structures as cover and fight back with weapons like M1911 or AK-47. At first, shoot at their hand to make them drop their guns and then aim for their head for an instant kill.

Basic Mutant

The Basic Mutants are the most common type of enemies in the game. Although they have a scary appearance, they have low HP and cannot deal much damage. Instead of wasting ammo, the best way to kill normal mutants is to run them over by enemies, and if you’re in a closed space, just use melee weapons like axes to chop them down. I always aim for the head and suggest you do the same to take down the creatures quickly.

Sand Mutant

One of the bigger Mutants in A Dusty Trip is the Sand Mutant. This mutant is quite tall and pale, with blood oozing from the hand/mouth area. It takes a long time to kill this monster, typically 20 to 35 bullets, using a weapon like an AK-47, and it does a lot of damage if you’re close to them. So, you need a friend to help take them down by shooting them in the head or the leg. But, if you are alone, enter the nearest building, like a house, and when they enter, the sand-shaped mutants will automatically get stuck in the corridor.

Cowboy Mutant

The Cowboy Mutants are present at the 25000M in Ghost Town. They take less damage from guns, and the best way to take down the pesky Cowboy Mutant is to use melee weapons like Samurai Swords or Axes. Just hack your way through them to take them down.

Sprinter Mutant

Although the Sprinter Mutant looks similar to the regular Mutant, they can run much faster. In such a scenario, the best way to counter them is to outright kill them instead of trying to outrun them. So, when they start sprinting, shoot them in the head with pistols, AK-47s, or even a melee weapon, and they’ll die instantly because they have very low HP compared to a regular Mutant.

Vampires

The Vampires are a unique mini-boss in A Dusty Trip found inside the church. They are powerful creatures that are always guarded by three to four mutants. First, try to defeat the mutants by throwing dynamite or shooting them with guns. After all the bodyguards are dead, you need to throw some Garlic at the Vampire, and when he starts running away from you, shoot at the Vampire’s back to deal damage. Keep repeating this loop of throwing garlic and shooting at the back until the Vampire is dead. You can also use this technique if you don’t want to fight him at all and want to escape in your car.

Zombies

Like most games, Zombies also try to bite and cause damage in A Dusty Trip. So, instead of using melee weapons, try looking at their legs or forwards from a distance. They only have 100HP, and you can easily rip off the entire health bar with 2 to 5 AK-47 shots.
