All landscape lookout locations (Map) in Wuthering Waves

The scenery viewpoints in Wuthering Waves are areas in Huanglong that you can interact with and capture a nice screenshot. They are similar to landmarks in Wuthering Waves, considering the game doesn’t have any designated landmarks like Genshin Impact.

Where to find all viewpoints (map) in Wuthering Waves

Each vantage point or landscape point in Wuthering Waves is represented by a glowing blue point of light with a tiny telescope at the top of it. The marker is small and easy to miss.

It is 14 Landscape viewpoints to unlock in Wuthering Waves, and finding all of them will contribute to your Research percentage in each region.

Starting in the north of the map – which you will only be able to see if you have completed Chapter One – is a landscape viewpoint that overlooks Norfall Barrens.

This lookout is on the same cliff level as the top of the nearby waterfall, and shows a clear view of the Overthrax. If you have completed Chapter One, you may recognize the formation of the cliffs in this area. The key is to get higher to find the vantage point because they kind of fade into the background.

Once you’ve interacted with the glowing dot, you’ll get this powerful skin to add to your gallery.

This viewpoint is on the edge of the Withering Frontline area, overlooking the challenge area. It can be hard to miss because it is only slightly raised off the ground.

I have included two screenshots to help you find this location. It is to the left of the single, pointed cliff, and right next to the water’s edge.

The scenery shot for this area is significantly more exciting than the area, itself. It’s a really cool juxtaposition to the dark, spiky space we see in the game most of the time.

The vantage point is easy to find – unfortunately, I accidentally interacted with it before taking a screenshot, but it’s on this exact wooden deck in the image above.

This is also one of the areas that I list as one of the top 10 landmarks in Wuthering Waves because it is such a remarkable and beautiful place.

You might recognize this statue from the very beginning of your game; after you have chosen the male or female Rover.

The viewpoint is in the valley, past the actual statue. There are a few locals near the viewpoint, so it’s easier to spot.

There’s also a Sonata Chest in its mouth for you to get!

North of Jinzhou, there is a single chair that faces the city.

You can sit in this chair and look out over the city in awe, or simply interact with the view to the right of the chair to collect another landscape for your gallery.

Climb to the top of the cliff next to the Tiger’s Maw mine and you’ll find this vantage point by several flower bombs.

It takes a while to climb the cliff, but it is possible – there are plenty of rest points on the way up.

The second scenic viewpoint of the Sea of Flames is really easy to access from the north of the area.

I went up there by reaching the lower broken train platform, but you can literally get there from ground level by climbing three flights of stairs.

If you want to avoid the enemies at the bottom of the stairs, take the northern path.

Well done! That’s all 14 landscapes for the Huanglong map. Most of them can be found without any prerequisites, but the ones that require you to complete quests beforehand have been noted in the guide above.
