Best Hunter build for Legend difficulty campaign – Destiny 2 The Final Form
Unlike the normal mode, you need a very solid loadout to clear the Final Shape campaign in the build for Legendary or Legendary game mode, because the enemies are merciless and will try to kill you as soon as they see you. So, if you’re a Hunter main and looking for a simple but effective build to finish the game on the hardest mode, look no further than the guide below.
Best Hunter Loadout to complete The Final Form Campaign – Destiny 2
Standard Void Hunter Loadout
I personally used the following loadout to complete the entire Destiny 2 Campaign on legendary difficulty, starting with the Transmigration and ending with the seventh mission, Iconoclasm. Use this build when you don’t need Prismatic.
This charge mainly revolves around invisibility. Basically, when you enter combat, you perform a dodge and turn invisible using the Vanish Step. Now, when you spot an enemy, pop out of invisibility to get Volatile Orbs from the Gyrfalcon’s Hauber and blast the enemies using it. Since you’re firing Volatile Rounds, you’ll get another invisibility from the Elegant Executioner. On top of that, you can spam your Snare grenade and Vortex Grenade to debuff enemies and increase your Super pretty quickly.
weapons
- Primary: Scattered Signal or The Call
- secondary: Graviton Lance, The Title or Le Monarque
- Power: Dragon’s Breath or Apex Predator

- Chest (Exotic) – Gyrfalcon’s Hauberk- (Damage resistance module based on quest/enemy types)
- Arm Mods – Firepower, Momentum Transfer
- Helmet Mods – Empty Siphon, Dynamo
- Leg Mods – Solar Rozilla, Recovery, Better Already
- Cloak Mods – Time Dilation, Power Attraction, Health Finisher

Prism Hunter Build
During the Final Shape campaign, you sometimes have to use the Prismatic subclass to finish certain sections of the quest line. So, here is a Prismatic loadout that I used for the entirety of my Campaign.
This charge mostly relies on the Assassin’s invisibility benefits and the Winter Shroud aspects’ freezing benefits. You start by shooting with the Buried Bloodline until your Devour meter fills up and activates. When it is activated, perform melee attacks or ultimate attacks to gain invisibility. Then, it’s all about freezing your enemies and destroying them with your melee or weapon attack. Also, we have the awesome Triple Jump and Grapple abilities to displace or reposition during battles. Aside from that, there are subtle little perks like various mods, shards, and exotics that restore your health, reduce ability cooldowns, and drop special ammo.
