According to leaks, Emilie’s Special Dish Recipe is based on the Fricassee de Poulet, which has not yet been released in Genshin Impact. You will be able to get the Recipe as soon as the Version 4.8 update drops.

According to leaks, both Poulet’s Fricassee and Fragrant Feast of Flavors are ATK-enhancing dishes, making them especially useful to consume before fighting powerful enemies in the overworld or in select Domains. ATK-enhancing dishes cannot be consumed in the Spiral Abyss.
- Fricassee de Poulet – Increases ATK of all party members by 160/194/228 for 300 seconds. In Co-op Mode, this effect only applies to your own characters.
- Fragrant Feast of Flavors – Increases ATK of all party members by 274 for 300 seconds. In Co-op Mode, this effect only applies to your own characters.
