EU CoD players smash world record Warzone nuke in 7 minutes 45 seconds

There aren't many achievements more prestigious than the Nuke in Call of Duty. Whether it's on multiplayer requiring 25 consecutive kills without dying or the Champion's Quest on Warzone, only the best can hope to achieve this award. So, how did four EU players complete the hardest challenge in Warzone in less than 8 minutes? Let's find out.

The Warzone nuclear bomb world record

User GloriousFlame uploaded his video of completing the Champion's Quest in record time. The timer starts from the moment they accept the contract to the moment of detonation, culminating in 7 minutes and 45 seconds.

At the very beginning, the four-person squad split up to cover more ground and shorten the time to collect all three pieces of the nuclear bomb. As time passed, all four members pursued different targets but made sure to prioritize their loads and any additional firepower they would need to guarantee a successful detonation.

With surprising speed, all three elements were collected by the squad and before the 5 minute mark they all converged to assemble the nuclear bomb. Even during the video they comment on their world record pace. While the atomic bomb was armed some strained nerves caused our protagonist to fall, but with self-revival and a tap from a squad member, the danger was averted. After the nuclear countdown began, the faithful brothers had to defend the site for 2 minutes to consolidate their amazing achievement. Dozens of angry players swarmed their building, dropping airstrike after airstrike, mortar after mortar, desperately trying to stop them from completing the challenge.

Their strategy for holding the nuke was well thought out: riot shields for defense (despite my hatred for them, I can't deny their effectiveness), proximity mines for side-watch, and the god-combination of thermal sights plus smoke grenades. Unsuspecting heroes, trying to extinguish the atomic bomb in smoke, were lit up like a Christmas tree, promptly dashing their hopes.

Intensity reached maximum levels as the timer ticked down from 10 seconds. Enemy players felled our protagonist, another teammate fell soon after, and with 3 seconds left the final two squad members defended the nuke for the win.

Congratulations to the four soldiers who managed to pull off this spectacular record; we at Pro Game Guides salute you.
