Fallout Viewers spot a Todd Howard Napoleon painting on a TV show

Easter egg season started as soon as the Fallout TV show dropped. While fans have already found several shout outs to games, one detail celebrated Todd Howard, the director of Fallout titles. The best way to show appreciation was through the famous Todd-as-Napoleon painting.

Originally seen in Fallout 4, a Todd Howard Napoleon painting is seen in the show briefly. The keen eye of a Reddit user BlakeAbernathy noticed a strangely familiar painting hanging on the walls in the Fallout show.

The TV show Fallout has won praise for diving into detail and offering fans a chance to look at every corner of the screen in search of a Fallout Easter Egg. While I appreciate fine art, nothing made me happier than hearing a dog named Dogmeat. If that doesn't warm your heart, nothing will.

If you are not familiar with Todd Howard's Napoleon story, the painting could be seen in Fallout 4. You can see it for yourself if you ever decide to revisit Fallout 4. To do this, go to Diamond City and find the Dugout Inn. When you enter the inn, go left to Room 1, where you will see Todd Howard's face on the “Napoleon Crossing the Alps” painting.
