Clorinde is an upcoming five-star Electro character expected to drop in Genshin Impact's Version 4.7 update, with cinematic scenes hinting that she is a sword user who also uses guns in battle. She played an important role in Fontaine's Archon Quests and is close friends with Navia.

Clorinde Level-up cost
You'll need Hero's Wit and Mora to level Clorinda to 80 or 90. Since she's not a character that relies on Elemental Mastery, there's no rush to get her to 90, but get her to level 80 to get to the final Ascension.

You will have to collect 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully Ascend Clorinde to Ascension level six.

Clorinde's local specialty is allegedly the Lumitoile, which are starfish that can be found along coastlines and underwater. They are difficult to farm (especially underwater) so I strongly recommend collecting them as soon as possible. Meanwhile, her boss material is the Fontemer Unihorn, which drops from the Millennium Pearl Seahorse in Fontaine.

As an Electro unit, Clorinde will need Vajrada Amethyst materials, which are dropped by all Electro Normal, World, and Weekly Bosses, including the Electro Hypostasis, Electro Regisvine, Everlasting Lord of Arcane Wisdom, Thunder Manifestation, and more. Additionally, you can convert materials using the Crafting Table to turn any of your existing Gems into Electric.

Clorinde's common Ascension materials are rumored to be the Oversea materials that can be farmed from all underwater enemies in Fontaine. The two lower materials can also be purchased from Paimon's Bargains at a limited amount per month.
Materials and cost of Clorinde's talent
You must have 1,652,500 Mora and the following materials to level all three of Clorinde's Talents to level 10. You will spend less if you do not intend to triple crown her.

According to leaks, Clorinde's Talent materials can be farmed from the Pale Forgotten Glory Domain northeast of Poisson, located in the eastern part of Fontaine. Pay a visit Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays to get the right materials.

Common Ascension and Talent materials are always the same but in different amounts, so farm extra Overseas materials from Fontaine's underwater enemies to level up Clorinde's Talents.

You can get Insight Crowns by participating in important events in each Genshin Impact Version update. Meanwhile, Clorinde's Weekly Boss material is said to be the Everamber, which will lead you back to the Keeper of the Oasis of Apep located in The Realm of Beginnings in Sumeru.
