The information below is based on leaks and may not reflect the actual Ascension and Talent of Mualani materials upon release. Take the information with a grain of salt, and know that there may be changes after Version 5.0 is rolled out.
Mualani Level-up cost
You need to prepare the following resources to level Mualani up to 80 or 90.

Mualani Ascension materials and cost
You have to prepare 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully Ascend Mualani to Ascension level six.

Mualiani releases alongside the new nation, Natlan, in Version 5.0, so her local specialties and boss materials cannot be farmed until the region is released. According to leaks, you’ll want to watch out for the Sprayfeather Gill and Mark of the Binding Blessing, which can be farmed from the Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant.

As a Hydro character, Mualani uses the Varunada Lazurite materials dropped by all Hydro Normal and World Bosses, including the Hydro Hypothesis, Oceanid, and the Unrighteous Baptist. Additionally, you can convert materials using the Crafting Table to turn any of your existing Gems into Hydro stones.

According to leaks, Mualani’s common Ascension materials are whistles that can be farmed by sand warriors in Natlan. The Sentinel’s Wooden Whistle and Warrior’s Metal Whistle will also be available for purchase from Paimon’s Bargains in limited quantities per month once Natlan drops in Version 5.0.
Mualani Talent level materials and cost
You have to prepare 1,652,500 Mora and the following materials to level all three of Mualani’s Talents to level 10. It will cost less if you don’t plan to triple crown her.

Crowns of Insight are limited rewards that can be obtained from large events and are usually limited to one per upgrade, so play often so you don’t miss them. Meanwhile, Mualani’s Weekly Boss material is the Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom, which can be farmed from the All-Eating Narwhal in Salacia Plain.
