Sethos is an upcoming character expected to be released in Version 4.7. He never made an official appearance in the game, making him as enigmatic as Gaming and Chiori before their release. Although little is known about Sethos, leaks suggest he may be a four-star Electro bow user with a DPS-focused kit.
If you are interested in getting Sethos, I suggest farming as soon as possible, as all of his materials are available in Version 4.6.

Sethos Level-up cost
You'll need Hero's Wit and Mora to level Sethos up to 80 or 90. As a field DPS unit, he'll benefit from being level 80 at max Ascension, but since he doesn't scale back to Elemental Master, there's no rush. to reach him 90.

Materials and cost of Sethos Ascension
You will need 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully Ascend Sethos to Ascension level six.
Local Specialty & Boss material

According to leaks, Sethos' local specialty is the Trishiraite, making him the first character to use that material for Ascension. It can only be farmed from the Girdle of the Sands region in Sumeru. His boss material is supposedly the Cloudseam Scale, dropped by Solitary Suanni in Chenyu Vale.

As an Electro unit, Sethos will need Vajrada Amethyst materials, which are dropped by all Electro Normal, World, and Weekly Bosses, including the Electro Hypostasis, Electro Regisvine, Eternal Lord of Arcane Wisdom, and Thunder Manifestation (among others). Additionally, you can convert materials using the Crafting Table to turn any of your existing Gems into Electronic Gems.

Sethos' common Ascension materials are said to be the Faded Red Satin, Trimmed Red Silk, and Rich Red Brocade, which drop from all types of hermits in the Sumeru desert area (including higher level and stronger hermits). You can also buy the lower priced materials from Paimon's Bargains at limited monthly quantities.

Sethos Talent level materials and costs
You must have 1,652,500 Mora and the following materials to level all three Talents of Sethos to level 10. You will spend less if you do not intend to triple crown him.

Praxis materials can be farmed from the Spire of Ignorance Domain in Sumeru each wednesday, saturday, and sunday.

Common Ascension and Talent materials are always the same but in different amounts, so you'll need to defeat even more Hermits to account for Sethos' Talent requirements.

You can get Insight Crowns by participating in major events in each Genshin Impact update, and it's usually limited to one per update. Meanwhile, Sethos' Weekly Boss material is rumored to be Daka's Bell, which is dropped by an Eternal Lord of Arcane Wisdom in Sumeru.
