How to customize your weapon in Gray Zone Warfare
An essential part of any modern shooter is the ability to customize your weapons. Gray Zone Warfare is no different here, offering you a host of add-ons to improve your accuracy and increase your firepower. This guide will show you how to equip attachments to your weapons and where to buy more of them.
How to equip attachments on your weapon in Gray Zone Warfare
To see your weapon in detail and add or remove any attachments, first make sure you are at your base to avoid any surprises on the battlefield. Next, open your Inventory (clamp key: Tab) and mouse to the Character screen Right click on any weapon you see and select to inspect. This will bring up the weapon's stats, information, and attachments. Here you can add and remove attachments by dragging them on and off your weapon as you would when equipping any normal item.
There are a few restrictions to using attachments in Gray Zone Warfare. Not all attachments are compatible with all weapons unless they have another attachment already equipped; for example, you must first equip an AR-15 Carrying Handle before being able to bind certain scopes. Similarly, if you want to attach HWS EXPS2 Holographic Sightyou must first remove any handle of the gun. You may have to play around here to see what works best for your playstyle. I recommend talking to your teammates to see what they're using!
Where to find add-ons in Gray Zone Warfare
Finding new attachments is like buying any other armor or item in Gray Zone Warfare: open your Tab menu and go to Sellers. I chose Mithras Security System as my faction, so Gunny is the man for the job here. He sells a variety environments, stocks, barrelshandles, rail mounts, and much more.
Simply put right click on an item and select to buy put it in your Shopping Cart, where you can specify how much you want to buy. Your purchased items will then appear in your Closet. Now you can add or remove attachments as you need, giving you the upper hand during your next intense firefight.
