Where to find Sunset Echoes in Wuthering Waves

Sunset Echoes can be found throughout Huanglong, so they’re a lot easier to find than you might think. There are several one-cost Echoes that have the Havoc attribute and the Sun-sinking Sonata effect. The important thing to remember is that Wuthering Waves has a built-in Echo Pity system, so while you may not be able to absorb every Echo you come across, you should be able to figure out when you’re going to get your next Echo drop.

The places circled light purple on the maps above will take you to areas where you can find Sun-sinking Havoc Echoes. The map sequence begins in the north in Desorock Highlands, and moves south before finally ending in Whining Aix’s Mire in the southeast.

Where the circles are larger, there are usually several Sun-sinking Echoes to be found, while the smaller circles are where you’ll only find one Sun-sinking Havoc Echo or a small set of the lower cost Sun-sinking Echo.

Most of the areas start near a Resonance Beacon or Resonance Nexus, so you should be able to farm Sunset Eclipse effect Echoes without spending hours running around the map. That said, you might still spend quite a bit of time farming if you decide to try the whole run.

Sun-sinking Havoc Echoes are a certain type of Echo in Wuthering Waves that have the Sun-sinking Sonata Effect when equipped to either your Rover or one of your Resonators.

When you equip two Sun-sinking Havoc Echoes, they give the Havoc DMG +10% effect, while having five of these Echoes equipped gives you Havoc DMG +7.5% after you unleash a Basic Attack or Heavy Attack. This effect stacks up to four times, and each stack lasts for 15 seconds.

If you’re wondering who’s missing from the list in the picture, it’s the Dreamless Echo. Dreamless can only be found northeast of Desorock Highlands in Norfolk Barrens after you complete Chapter One of Wuthering Waves (this is the empty top corner of your map if you’re not at that point yet).
