First of all, it’s worth noting that getting the Ichor Vial and filling it are two different things in Anime Last Stand. To get an empty vial bottle, you need to talk to the Divine Crafter NPC and craft it using the following items:
- 5000x Gold
- 10x Mythic Spirit Fragment
Once you have the aforementioned ingredients, press the Craft button to finally get the empty vial. Remember that the Divine Crafter NPC only appears in the lobby of World 2, which you can unlock by completing the World 2 challenge from the portal in the lobby of World 1. The challenge basically involves defeating 20 waves of bare bones. So if you have some of the best Anime Last Stand units, you won’t have a hard time completing it.
How to fill the Ichor Vial in Anime Last Stand
The only way to fill the Ichor Vial in Anime Last Stand is by defeating bosses in endless mode. First of all, go to the lobby of World 1 and teleport to the Story area. Then, choose Desert City Infinite and choose either Normal or Nightmare difficulty; the difficulty doesn’t matter.
Just set up all your units, and then you can AFK for a while. Endless bosses have a 1% chance to drop their ichor, which automatically fills this vial. However, it’s important to note that you can’t have more than one Ichor Vial in your inventory at a time, which means you have to grind for it multiple times.

Ichor Vial is a key ingredient in the game that is used to craft a Void Snail, an item that is later required to craft a Snail of Pride at a Divine Crafter NPC. The Helix of Pride is an important item that you will need to evolve various Divine units, one of which is known as Pride (Noon).
