Sometimes the Social tab may not be enabled by default in the Game settings. To go there, press Windows key + G to open the Game Bar and press the wheel icon on the top right to open the settings. Hit the Widgets section of the settings tab, and you’ll see the option to show the Xbox Social tab. If it is not checked, check it and see if the tab shows.

If it’s already checked but the tab doesn’t show, then check it multiple times to see if it fixed the problem.

Update Xbox Game Bar through the Microsoft Store

Updating the Play Bar via the Microsoft Store may also resolve the issue if you’re running older versions of the app. Go to the Microsoft Store>Library and press ‘Get Updates’ to see if there are any updates for the Game Bar.
