Wuthering Waves tests you in different ways, and to combat those, you need to have the best weapons for your character… without using Astrite, if possible. In this guide, we will teach you some ways to get free 4-star weapons in Wuthering Waves to make your party more powerful.
How to buy a 4 star weapon chest in Wuthering Waves
The first thing you can do to get yourself 4 star weapons is to unlock the Tiger Maw Mine Merchant who sells the Originally a Weapon Supply Chest (4-star weapon chest) which allows you to draw a 4-star weapon of your choice. To unlock this merchant, you must complete two quests: Hidden Dangers in a Peaceful Life and Shadows of the Past.
Both of these searches are simple, but you might run into a problem installing the external mobile power source in the first, where you have to find the batteries and put them in the power plants. The second quest is mostly fighting different enemies and a boss fight at the end, but nothing confusing.
After defeating the boss, you will complete the quest and unlock the merchant. Now you can go there and buy yourself a lot of goodies from there, including a 4-star weapon chest for 80 Lampylumen. Getting that many Lampylumen Ores can be a little tricky, but luckily, Lampylumen are found all over the Tiger Maw mine, so you won’t have any trouble getting them.
You can start your farming route from the underground fast travel point near the boss and then go up as you keep breaking the ores to get the Lampylumen. With a few runs, you’ll have enough of them to get yourself a 4-star weapon chest.
How to craft 4 star weapons in Wuthering Waves
Another way to get free 4-star weapons in Wuthring Waves is to craft them at Uncle Wei’s crafting panel. To get there, look for the handmade panel in Jinzhou. Fast travel to any nearby point, go to the creative panel and interact with it to create a 4-star weapon of your choice.
You’ll need a Standard Weapon Mold, which you can get by completing weekly challenges or defeating the boss of Scar World. Additionally, you will need Scarletthorn ores that are found all over the map of Wuthering Waves.
