How to get new Portals in Anime Defenders – All Golden Knight Portals Guide
You must play Underwater City endless mode for a chance to get Golden Knight Portals as a reward. Complete all levels of Underwater City story mode to unlock Underwater City endless mode. Be warned that Golden Knight Portals are not guaranteed to drop. Use Portal Hardeners on Golden Knight Portals to harden them and improve your chances. Depending on their rarity, the drop rate is:
- Rare Golden Knight Portals (50% drop rate) from Underwater City endless mode.
- Epic Golden Knight Portals (30% drop rate) from Underwater City endless mode.
If you host or join Rare Golden Knight Portals players, you will receive one Epic portal. Getting the Golden Knight Portal (Epic) is the next step, getting more valuable ones, and finally, Secret Golden Knight Portal.
How to get the Legendary Golden Knight Portal in Anime Defenders
To get the Legendary Golden Knight Portal, you must join the Epic Golden Knight Portal. If successful, you will have a 60% chance to get the Legendary Golden Knight Portal as a host. If you join another player’s Epic portal, you have a 30% chance to get the Legendary portal as a guest.
How to get Mythic Golden Knight Portal in Anime Defenders
You must host or join the Legendary Golden Knight Portal to get the Legendary Golden Knight Portal. You will have 40% chance for Mythic Portal as a host. If you join a Legendary Portal, you will have a 25% Mythic Portal drop a chance as a guest.
How to get Secret Golden Knight Portal in Anime Defenders
You must use the Mythic Golden Knight Portal for a chance to get the Secret Golden Knight Portal. If you host a hardened Mythic Portal, there is a 2.5% drop chance for Secret Golden Knight Portal. If you join another player’s Mythic Portal, there is a 1.5% drop chance get a Secret Portal as a guest.
How to get Golden Knight Portals fast in Anime Defenders
The fastest way to get any Golden Knight Portal is to trade for it. While you can quickly find someone looking to trade portals in the game, search the Anime Defenders Discord for more trading opportunities.
If you want to speed up getting the portals in matches, use Wave Jumper (preferably Tier 3) to jump waves and get rewards instantly. You can get Wave Jumpers by completing Story mode chapters. Thanks to these items, you won’t have to farm for Golden Knight Portals if you’re lucky enough.
