Fortunately, Hacker keys can be found in any biome from the Pet Simulator 99 but their spawn locations are not fixed, unlike Shiny Relics. As a result, you will have to randomly encounter them while playing. However, the best place to find these keys is the Hacker World because this area boosted the reproductive rate.
