Death’s Dastardly Cape artifact is basically hidden inside one of the multiple mirrors present in the Hall of Villains. So you just have to reach the place and check each of the mirrors available in the room. If you don’t know where the Hall of Villains is, just take a right at the mission entrance and follow the route to find it on the right side.
After you check the first mirror, the mirror will show some message saying that “You can barely feel the presence of the artifact” or “The Artifact feels closer than last time….. but it is still far away “, which indicates that the Artifact is hidden far from the current mirror’s position. So, go a little far from this mirror and try again. If you get a message like “The Artifact feels closer than last time… it must be ready”, then you are going in the right direction, and you can find the Artifact next to it or very close. Otherwise, you are still far away and have to go in a different direction.
Use these clues and try to reach the mirror that holds the Artifact. If you find the right mirror, you’ll get the message saying, “I think The Artifact is here.” You will immediately get the Artifact from the mirror.

The Death’s Dastardly Cape allows players to become completely invisible in the game.
