To answer the burning question, the fish that is able to transform into the Travis Scott fish after evaluation is none other than the Napoleon Fish. This is a rare type of fish that can be easily caught on the coastal areas of Sunstone Island. If you don’t know where it is, just travel to the (-932, 131, -1109) GPS location to reach the island.
Here, you can catch this fish under the following conditions.
