One of the most difficult quests of the BitLife Thanksgiving Scavenger Hunt update is to give away a house to a stranger in the game. This is confusing because of the use of the word “to give away” because there is no such feature available in the game. So, how do you complete this quest? Well, there is a small loophole that I explained below!
How to donate a House in BitLife
To answer the burning question, you can actually to give away the House using the A gift function Yes, the Gift feature allows you to gift or Give away any property you own in the game to anyone of your choice. So, using this option, we can finish the search. But, before that, you have to buy a house first!
How to get a house in BitLife
The first step to getting a house is to have a lot of money in the bank, typically in the range of $20K to $500K. For this, you can either start your life as a Royal or get a high-paying job as a musician, athlete or doctor. I always choose the Royal path because I own the God-Mode DLC in the game, but if you don’t have one, you can follow the other path. Starting a business is another way to get money fast, but it requires an investment. Otherwise, you can get a regular job as a technician, writer or teacher and save money for a few years before looking for a house.
Regardless of the methods you choose, try to have a minimum $100K in your account to buy a house, because the rest of the remaining amount can be settled with a mortgage.
Once you have the prescribed amount of money, the next step is to look for a suitable house. Go to the Shopping section under the Activities tab and view the home listings under any of the available Real Estate Agents. Buy anything you like and that fits your budget. During my run, I bought a $200,000 condo as a gift, and you can do the same if you want.
How to donate your house in BitLife
Once you have purchased an aircraft, you can find it under the Properties tab under the Asset section. Access this menu from the main tab and select it. Here, you will find a Donation option under the Condominium Activities tab. Click on it and select anyone from your circle Family, Friends or Office. While playing, I decided to donate my house to my girlfriendbecause she was the only person who accepted my gift without any joke. Yes, when donating your house, there will be several people who will reject it outright. So, keep donating until one or the other person accepts it wholeheartedly!
