This trick revolves around the G-3 Smoke grenade in Helldivers 2, which is classified as a throwable weapon. Quite simply put: if you arm and hold the G-3 Smoke Grenade and hold it in your hand instead of throwing it like you would a normal grenade, it will, naturally, explode. But unlike a frame grenade, it will no damage, stun or knockback your Helldiver. Instead, it will to hide yourself out of every enemy line of sight, providing you with a brief moment of relief. To make the best use of this trick, first make sure you have the G-3 Smoke Grenade equipped as your throwable weapon, which you can do with the armory menu while on your ship.
