Finding new bugs in video games is like finding hidden treasures, and Wuthering Waves is no different with some amazing bugs. One of these bugs allows you to gain access to Yinlin earlier than the intended release date for the banner, and this guide will teach you how to achieve that.
How to gain access to Yinlin in front of her banner in Wuthering Waves
The Yinlin banner is scheduled to be released on June 12th. To get early access to Yinlin, you just need to adjust your system’s date to a future time. The process seems daunting at first, but it is quite simple.
To get an early start on getting the Yinlin path, you have to wait until the banner appears on the events screen in Wuthering Waves. Once the banner is there, follow these steps to play Yinlin early.
- Go to your desktop, right-click the date and time on your screen, and select Adjust date and time option.
- This will open the settings where you will see many different settings.
- Turn off the Set time zone automatically and the Set the time automatically.
- Now, an option to change time will appear under the Set time automatically settings.
- Click on it, edit the dateand set it anywhere in the future before June 12th.
The steps are similar for mobile devices, by the way. Just don’t forget to unsync your watch first.
Now that your system time is set, it’s time to launch Wuthering Waves on your device.
Follow these steps to get early access to Yinlin when the banner appears:
- Go to the Events menu from the top right side of your screen.
- Scroll down to find Yinlin’s banner, and select Yinlin.
- Finally, press Proceed to start playing as Yinlin for the trial.
Note that these steps will not allow you to pull for Yinlin—just play as her. However, it will help you decide whether to pull or skip Jiya.
