How to organize your Palworld storage
There is never enough storage, especially when you level up and start hoarding materials like I did. And tidying can quickly turn into hell even with your best efforts to keep everything in its place. Check out how to organize your Palworld storage so you don't have to stress about it every time you come back with more materials.
The easiest way to organize everything is to use the sort buttonwhich you can find when you open the box. However, there is a more detailed and better way to do this. When you approach a chest, don't immediately open it, as I usually do. Instead, click the Chest settings button.
Once you press the button, it will open a filter menu where you can select and deselect what goes into a specific box. When you deselect something, that type of item cannot be placed in that particular box until you select it again.
In the images above, I have deselected everything but Capable Fruits. This means that even if I accidentally click on something else, only more Skill Fruits can be added to it.
This option exists for the Nutrition Box also, except you can only select and deselect two options: Food and Ingredients. This is useful because it means your Buddies won't combine ingredients with the food you just made.
While you can leave all items selected and just place items randomly, I definitely suggest you make good use of the filter option. It's so easy to forget where you put an item, especially if you need something in your other base or when you're out exploring. It will make your life much easier. I suggest making specific boxes for:
- Pal Materials
- Ingredients
- Ores
- Schemes
- weapons
- Ammunition
- Capable Fruits
Of course, this is exactly what I like to do; you can go even further when you separate your items in storage. The sky is the limit! Or at least the available filters.
