The only way to summon a Megalodon in Grand Piece Online is by using the Shark Blood Bottle in the Rough Water, located south of the Desert Kingdom. During my play, I discovered that each bottle had a 50% chance of spawning the Megalodon, but when I poured in two bottles, it was guaranteed 100% spawn rate.
After you spawn and defeat a Megalodon, the boss will drop a special material called Megalodon toothwhich is required to unlock the new Fishman V2 fighting style.

You can craft the Shark Blood Bottle recipe by talking to the Blacksmith No NPC in Grand Piece Online. I managed to find the NPC in the Desert Kingdom just off the coast, where he asked me to trade the following materials if I wanted him to craft a Shark Blood Bottle:
- Shark Blood Bottle Sketch
- 10x Shark Teeth
To get the Shark Blood Bottle Blueprint, visit Miguel NPC at Fighermand Island in the northeast of the Second Sea. You'll also need Shark Teeth, which drop from any shark you defeat in the ocean. With 99% drop, you can easily get enough in less than 10 minutes.
