How to spawn the Sea Beast in Demon Piece
The Sea Beast spawns in the Forbidden Sea. However, the chances of spawning the Sea Beast depends on your reputation points. You can increase these points by playing the game, doing quests and winning battles.
There is also a timer until the Sea Beast degenerates. You just have around 15 minutes to beat it, so make sure you're quick.
To reach the Forbidden Sea, get into your boat and sail out. You can buy a variety of boats upfront, all offering different benefits. Some are faster than others, and some are stronger. Boats that are stronger will help you survive while fighting the Sea Beast.

How to defeat the Demon Piece Sea Beast
As mentioned before, the chances of spawning the Sea Beast will depend on your reputation points. After it has spawned, it will immediately start attacking, so be ready!
If you want the best chance of defeating the Sea Beast, make sure you're level 500 or higher, because it does a lot of damage! Make sure you have some powerful weapons equipped and a strong boat.
There are a few different moves you can use to fight the Sea Beast. Some of the best options are Enkai Entei, Fireballsand Fire Fist. You are also given ok chances to avoid some of the Sea Beast attacks. While that doesn't sound like a lot, by timing your attacks and having a high skill level, you'll be able to beat it in no time. Any fire moves deal the most damage to the Sea Beast, so pairing these with a strong boat and dodging any big attacks will definitely win you over.
If you fail to defeat it, the damage you dealt will not reset! That means when you respawn, just get back on your boat and head to the Forbidden Sea. Wait for the Sea Beast to respawn, and pick up where you left off. You can go back as many times as necessary until you beat it.
The fight is worth it as the Sea Beast drops some great weapons. There is a chance it will fall Tidebreaker, Abyssal Protectors, A microchipand Regalia of Poseidon. These are all Mythic weapons, which means they are some of the strongest weapons you can get. The Tidebreaker is one of the best. It's a mythical trident that was made with the skin of the Sea Beast and is great for specifically fighting sea monsters you face. When you use the Tidebreaker, it will give you the Whirlpool Crush and Tidal torrent skills
