With the release of the Fallout TV show, Bethesda updated Fallout 4 to run better on modern consoles. However, this update also added some content for players to enjoy through the Creative Club, enticing new and returning players to jump into the game and see what happens. One of the new additions is the “All Hallow's Eve” quest. Here's how to start and complete it.
How to start the “All Hallow's Eve” quest in Fallout 4
To start the search, make sure you have the update downloaded on your console. Once that's done, you can jump into the game and start the quest. This quest begins after your radio picks up a mysterious signal that will take you to the Harbourmaster Hotel.
Fortunately, the game will automatically pick it up for you after you download the update. All you have to do is get on your radio and follow that signal.
How to complete the quest “All Hallow's Eve” in Fallout 4
First, you'll want to go to the Harbourmaster Hotel, which is in the Habor area of the city of Boston. Once there, enter the building and enter the door labeled New England Technocrat Societywhich is on the left when you enter the hotel.
Here, you will be attacked by several Ghouls who performed some ritual in the hotel. You will be tasked with escaping the hotel after defeating the Ghouls, and the area you want to go to is the hall to the back, right side of the room.

in the corridor you will find a note next to a body that mentions a control room that is locked with a password. The note also says that each room has certain items in it, which means you'll have to count how many of those items are in each room, leading to the password.
- Room 1: 4 Specimen Vessels
- Room 2: 3 Skull Candles
- Room 3: 4 little bears
- Room 4: 6 Jack-O-Lanterns
When you combine all the items, you get the password 4346, so enter that into the keypad at the end of the corridor. You will then be able to open the door and access the terminal where you can turn off the AI controls and leave.
All Rewards for completing 'All Hallow's Eve' in Fallout 4
After completing the quest, you will receive “Picket Fences” issue #13, which unlocks Halloween settlement decorations. You will also receive a special Power Armor with De-capitalist Helmetwhich is a nice Halloween themed addition to the Power Armor.
