To start a Bottom Dollar Bounty mission, log into the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement website, where you’ll find four targets: three in blue with lower payouts, and one in red with a higher payout. The blue targets rotate every hour with payouts in between $35,000 and $40,000.
At the same time, the red target refreshes daily and pays $90,000, with opportunities for bonus cash. To capture a target, take out their security guards, stun the target with a stun gun and transport them back to your bailout location. The missions are not too difficult and offer decent cash.
