How to start Pathfinder WotR: A Dance of Masks DLC

The final DLC for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous features lots of fun parties, but how do you get the party started? Keep reading to find out exactly how to start the A Dance of Masks DLC.

How to access Pathfinder WotR: A Dance of Masks DLC

First, to start Dance of Masks, you will need a Chapter 5 save (this is indeed a continuation of your endgame). Once you have that, enter the Citadel in Drezen (the latter is located in the north central part of the world map).

Afterwards, you will need to rest for three days using the Rest feature. To do this, uncheck the ‘Rest for the recommended period’ box in the rest menu and check the ‘III’ in the lower right section. Once you’ve done that, Arsinoe will appear and invite you to the festivities, triggering the A Festival for the Commander quest and thus, the A Dance of Masks DLC.

From there, simply exit the Citadel (taking out the Fortress Gates), then travel to Kenabres on the world map (look south of Drezen).

What is Pathfinder WotR: Dance of Masks?

A Dance of Masks is the final DLC for the acclaimed CRPG Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. It features lots of partying and light-hearted humor, but also a battle arena, a new weapon type, and some new build options in the form of 11 new archetypes (because the base game didn’t offer enough – no).

How long is Pathfinder WoTR: Dance of Masks?

According to developer Owlcat Games, the A Dance of Masks DLC is approximately 15 hours long. That’s about twice past DLCs, so the game is definitely going out with a bang. Now I’m just curious to see what they cook up next.
