How to get Santa Ladonna in Vampire Survivors
Santa Ladonna is a character shrouded in mystery, known for her contributions to anti-vampire weaponry. Naturally, we'd expect her to use some nasty vampire-slaying weapons in her bag of tricks. To unlock her, you have to survive for 20 minutes on the Laborratory stage. After successfully surviving 20 minutes in the Laborratory, Santa Ladonna becomes available for purchase. Go to the character selection screen and get her for 4,995 Gold.

Follow the steps below to Unlock the Laborratory Stage in Vampire Survivors.
- The Laborratory stage becomes accessible once you reach the Find 33 Rosaries achievement If you have collected 33 Rosary but the achievement has not triggered, simply start a run on any stage, then exit to trigger the achievement.
- With the Laborratory stage unlocked, your goal is to survive for 20 minutes using any character from the playlist. I prefer to play the Sigma or Red Death because of their survivability, which is among the highest in the game.
The Skills and Traits of Santa Ladonna
Santa Ladonna is a powerful character, and she quickly became one of my favorites when I unlocked her. She begins each run with a temporary cooldown bonus, a nod to her weaponology expertise. In dire situations, when Santa's health drops to critically low levels, she automatically triggers Rosary, providing a strategic advantage during intense battles. Her character is imbued with a mix of +35% Power and -75% Cooldown reduction, making her a formidable ally in your quest against the vampire hordes.
