A lot of new content will be added to MW3 and Warzone in Season 4, and this also includes a new Weapon Prestige camo. For Season 4, players can unlock the iconic Obsidian camo from the 2019 Modern Warfare. This is how you can unlock this Weapon Prestige cam in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.
How to get the Obsidian Weapon Prestige Camo in MW3 and Warzone
To get the Obisidian Weapon Prestige Camo, you will first need to unlock Season 3’s One Trick Weapon Prestige Camo with your weapon of choice. Then you will need to accumulate 200,000 XP with that weapon to get your hands on this new camo for Season 4. With the One Trick Camo already needing 150,000 XP to unlock, you’ll need 350,000 Weapon XP in total to unlock the Obisidian Camo.
This sounds like a lot, but if you play the game regularly for a few hours, you can easily reach this XP goal. If you’ve already made progress with certain weapons, then you can pick up where you left off, as weapon XP progress is saved over seasons. This definitely removes a lot of stress and makes it much more attainable to get the Obisidian Camo.
Weapon Prestige camos also work on a per-weapon basis, meaning you can work for multiple weapon prestige camos at once. If you have Weapon XP tokens then I highly recommend using them as they will make the Weapon XP much easier. Other than that, the key is to play as much as possible. If you’re a multiplayer enthusiast, then the Small Map rosters are the fastest way to get XP. If you get bored, then there’s always the Zombies and Warzone mode to dive into.
