While the team is patching the issues one by one, they have offered all current (1.0) WuWa players a Mutual Tides Voucher, which allows them to pull for a free five-star pick. Here’s how to use it.

The Reciprocal Tides Coupon can be found in your inbox from May 26, 2024. You are only entitled to it if:
- You Syndicate Level is 8
- If you completed the First Resonance trial in Jinzhou (this is the one in Huaxu Library)
Open your terminal and click on the message icon on the bottom row. The letter you are looking for is the one titled (Rewards) Special Thanks from Wuthering Waves Dev Team.
If you don’t find the Reciprocal Tides Voucher letter when opening your inbox, open your backpack and go to the notes section. Open (Use) the named Archive: “The First Resonator” and go through the report.
After that, the mail should be in your inbox. Open your mailbox and claim your reward.
This coupon from Mutual Tides can be received until May 25, 2025. So, if you have friends interested in WuWa after it’s been patched, it’s never too late to drag them along.
How to use the Mutual Tides Coupon in WuWa
To use the Reciprocal Tides Coupon, simply open your Gather (Call) menu. You will see that a new banner has been added below!
Select your Resonator and pull once. Make sure the Resonator you want is the one that appears on the banner before you assemble. You can swap your characters by pressing the arrow button above their banner name.
