They are lined up with both of theirs individual strength and support potential across all game contents. So, it’s mostly a priority list for CTs to run on. More details about each CT are below.
Also note that depending on how many CT slots you have, you will be able to get more and more moves into your loadout. So, getting and single-target CTs and AoE CTs there is no doubt the way to go.
