Now that you know each unit and their rank in the meta, you should also know why they rank where they currently do. So, to help you get a better understanding of the current meta in Anime Adventures, here is a a complete list of each of these units and why they are ranked meta:

  • Berserker: Strongest AoE meta unit that can cause tons of bleedingmaking it a must for both Endless and also Story modes.
  • Griffin: strong AoE unit in Anime Adventures. Quite versatile, and good for most modes in Anime Adventures.
  • Supreme Being (Sovereign): Consistently one of the best DPS summoning units in Anime Adventures. Although dependent on characteristics, the Supreme Being is still realizable in any way.
  • Fused Hero (Vegito): Easy to get, and an insanely strong fusion of Carrot Super and Vego Mage, best at DPS. One of the best meta-hybrid units.
  • Trusted Student: strong meta support which is essential especially in story mode due to the strong slow debuffs and AoE infliction.
  • Shadowgirl (Time Traveler): One of the best ground type AoE physical DPS units to have in your team.
  • Ninja (Eternal): Based on Sasuke, this is definitely one of the meta land type magic damage dealerswith tons of AoE.
  • Elfmage (Aura): One of the best meta hill units to carry in your team. A versatile choice for most modes, especially in Story mode.

S Tier

The S-level units in Anime Adventures are certainly strong enough. The S level for Endless mode consists of most of the meta soil optionsthis can help you easily carry the team to the late game. Additionally, the S-level units for Story Mode are essential for beginners to clear the later stages with relative ease.

Investing in these units with the proper development and features is worth it, but you should anyway save to get S+ level unit because they are pretty overpowered in any environment or mode.

A Tier

The A-level units in Anime Adventures are the relatively strong units you can have in your team. For endless mode, these mostly consists of the meta-support unitswhile for Story mode, these are generally the ones you can carry as backup in addition to your Core lineup, which should consist of the S or S+ tier units.

B Tier

The B-level units in Anime Adventures, although having a high rarity and being difficult to obtain, can be considered decent at best. You should definitely try to avoid these units when they appear on the summon, and only use them if you don’t have another higher unit.

C Level

The weaker Mythic and Legendary units are placed in the C tier of Anime Adventures. Regardless of their rarity, they’re not meta, and there’s no point in carrying your lineup, especially if you want to get to the later stages of Anime Adventures or distinctly harder Story Mode stages.

D Tier

The worst, and lower rarity units are placed in the D tier of Anime Adventures. Specifically in Endless Mode, these units should not be in your lineup, and would just become a waste of space. They do not provide value, and have the worst versatility and viability for most game modes.
