Ah Call of Duty. I remember my first anime girl skin pack, that was the Anime Express pack of Modern Warfare 2019. Both Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone continue to carry the torch with the new Echo Endo event, the final reward for which is yet another anime girl camo. .
And what a reward it is, with Sledgehammer Games bringing back their favorite… OC(?) from all the way back in Vanguard. The community response to it seems positive, which seems odd for Call of Duty, but any animated cam being given out for free seems to win some brownie points with people.
Me too man, me too. But my guilty pleasures aside, how do you want to snag this Louvre worthy piece for yourself? You can find out by reading our full breakdown of All Echo Endo Live event rewards, but basically you’ll just need to earn a whole boatload of XP. And once you’ve met all the requirements, you’ll have grabbed yourself a universal weapon camouflage to put on all your favorite weapons, which actually means that one load you’ve made one sometimes works.
In addition to generally being a pretty nice skin, as mentioned before, it’s even animated, which is usually reserved for some of the harder-to-catch cams out there. Unfortunately it’s nothing too flashy, and just kind of… scrolls, and reminds me that I’d still love an option to turn off camo animations, but I don’t think Sledgehammer will take my opinion to heart.
This also marks the first time Call of Duty has allowed people to earn an anime girl skin for free, where they’ve been exclusively sold in store packs in the past, so it’s definitely in your (my) best interest to grab it while the event lasts . , which is until August 21st.
But then again, maybe you’re like this user, who frankly has the only acceptable reaction to this skin being released, and wants nothing to do with this gross degradation.
