The latest update has brought in Imperial troops that are doing their best to keep you and your Rebel companions away. By doing this, an imperial cave shield wall can be extremely difficult to penetrate. However, thanks to a Redditor, we now know one of the best ways to get through the walls of the Imperial caves in LEGO Fortnite.
How to get through shielded walls quickly in LEGO Fortnite's Star Wars update
The best way to quickly get through shield walls in LEGO Fortnite is to use a a bed. User ErikLehnsherr24005 on Reddit figured out a way that allows you to quickly teleport through one of the most difficult lines of defense.
First, make sure you have work bench where you can create a Bed by following these steps:
- Open the Build a Menu.
- Select the Furniture category
- Choose a bed under this category, and create it.
Once this is in your backpack, you can go to the nearest cave with an Imperial shield wall.

How to use Lito to get through imperial shield walls in LEGO Fortnite
To get through this wall quickly, place the Bed on the opposite side. Doing so will then prompt the option to use it which takes you through the wall.
The bed must be assigned to you, of course. You can do this as many times as you'd like, without worrying about facing a game-breaking bug or anything like that.
Players used this quick fix to grab multiple lightsabers, progressing quickly through their XP and Star Wars questlines. There may be a chance that Epic Games will fix this problem soon, so quickly use this little hack while there is still time!
