The first thing I wanted to do in Type Soul was learn the controls, but before that, I had to die. In my first playthrough, a few players approached me, so I grabbed my keyboard in preparation for battle. But they didn't attack me! Instead, I was asked, “Do you want me to kill you?” That was so nice of him because he asked me if I wanted to become a Hollow (you have to die to become one). I said yes, and he stabbed me. Such a gentleman! Now that I've become a Hollow, I can focus on learning the controls of Type Soul.

Here are some more tips for Type Soul checks to maximize your chances against opponents. There are several controls that I used the most:
- Press the Q button for the break to avoid attacks and move quickly.
- Use your Shikai and Bankai controls frequently in Type Soul to unleash powerful attacks.
- Use the often M button to meditate and restore your health and energy.
- The best way to earn experience points is use the P button to clear Lost Souls.
- Press the V button to wear your friends and help them in battle.

Flash Step is a fundamental combat skill move in Type Soul. Although it is a standard move, it is essential during combat as it allows for repositioning while remaining immune for a short period of time. You can execute a Flash Step in Type Soul using the following Keyboard Shortcuts.

How to switch to Keybinds in Type Soul
Unlike most Roblox Games, Type Soul allows you to swap keys at any time. To do this, follow the given steps.
- Launch the game and choose any life.
- Jumping in, you'll find a small call a key top left of the screen.
- You will find the list of all key binding in the new menu. Now, swap any function with any suitable bindings of your choice.
