The Chapter 5 Season 4 update for Fortnite added new POIs, weapons and much more to the game. Team up with Marvel superheroes to defeat Doctor Doom and thwart his evil plan. With this update, you’ll also find four new Medallions on the map that can grant you special powers.
What does a Siphon Medallion do?
Equipping the Siphon Medallion gives you the ability to siphon HP during eliminations. This means that part of your health and shield will automatically refill after killing opponents, which is useful when you are fighting multiple enemies.
Siphon Medallion Place
This Medallion can be obtained by defeating Doombot at Castle Doom (see map above). The NPC also drops the mythical version of the Monarch Pistol, so be sure to check that weapon out as well.
What does a Stealth Medallion do?
It gives you invisibility when crouched. However, the cloak decreases when you start attacking or come out of the crouch. Don’t rely too much on this skill, as experienced players can still spot you.

The Stealth Medallion can be collected after defeating Mysterio in the Doomstadt POI (see map above). I also suggest using the mythical version of the Sovereign Shotgun that Mysterio drops along with the Medallion.
What does Reveal Medallion do?
This Medallion periodically marks nearby enemies for a short period with a red marker on top of their character. I don’t find this Medallion that useful but it’s something you should pick up if you come across one.

You can get this Medallion and the mythical Striker Burst Rifle by defeating the NPC enemy Emma Frost at The Raft POI I marked on the map above.
What does a Birthday Medallion do?
The final item on the list, the Birthday Medallion, is said to give you a balloon every time you jump. It is an Easter Egg that is not yet available. Expect to see this special item during the Fortnite anniversary event, which may arrive next month.
