What is the Content Warning save file location?

As with the other video games, your progress in Content Warning is saved on your local hard drive or SSD. However, the save file can become corrupted at any time, so you should know where the Content Warning save file is and make a backup.

Where to find Content Warning save file on computer?

To access your Content Warning save data, you must go to the following location on your computer.

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\LocalLow\Landfall Games\Content Warning\Saves

It is worth noting that the term (user name) is the name of the user account on the computer. The save file is named save.dat and can be copied, moved or deleted as needed. However, players should be careful not to modify the file in any way, as this may cause bugs or errors in the game.

To access the save file, players may need to enable the option to show hidden files and folders in their file explorer, as the AppData folder is usually hidden by default. Alternatively, players can type the save file into the address bar of the file explorer and press enter to go directly to the folder.
