The Hundred Line Last Defense Academy follows the story of a schoolboy, Takumi Sumino, who seems to be disillusioned with his mundane life. However, he soon finds himself in trouble after his city is attacked by monstrous invaders. He later meets Serei, a mysterious mascot who offers Takumi a special power called Hemoanima.
Takumi escapes the monster attack and is led by Serei to the Last Defense Academy where he finds 14 other students. All students are recruited into the Special Defense Unit whose ultimate goal is to protect the school from enemy attacks for the next 100 days.
The game is full of choices and has multiple endings, and the outcome you get depends on the choices you made throughout the story. You will lose some of your friends but will have to continue to defend the school regardless. Besides fighting the invaders, you can also roam around the campus in your free time to deepen your bonds with characters or explore the wilderness outside.
