Where to collect weapons at Peak Temple in Fortnite

Unlike the usual weekly quests in Fortnite, such as the Cabbage Cart destruction, the Summit Temple quest offers a unique challenge. It is a simple task if you know the location of the temple. So, here is a detailed guide on locating the Peak Temple and collecting its weapons.

Where is the Peak Temple in Fortnite?

The Peak Temple is a small building right on the eastern edge of the map. You can easily reach the location by traveling northeast for a few minutes from Olympus POI or jump directly to the area using the map below.

You can quickly identify the building by the two giant white gladiator statues holding a sword and shield in front of them.

Currently, it's a heavily populated area, with dozens of players dropping in on the spot. I recommend jumping a few hours later when it's less busy or at night to avoid drop battles.

How to collect weapons at Peak Temple in Fortnite

After landing at the Peak Temple, the quest is pretty simple. To end the quest, you must choose twelve or more weapons from the landmark. So, explore the area and pick up weapons from the ground and treasure chests.

  • Gold chest in Summit Temple
  • Loot from Golden Chest in Peak Temple

I recommend starting with the gold chest at the center of the temple near the Apollo NPC. This gold chest guarantees a confirmed Gold and Epic Tier weapon that will help you for the rest of the game.

After that, look for corners on the Summit Temple Landmark, as shown in the following slideshow. Here, you will find treasure chests containing new weapons and regular weapons from the ground.

Sometimes, due to extreme competition, you will not be able to collect 12 weapons once and must return for a second or even third time to meet the quota. Remember, you have to collect 12 weapons from Peak Temple; doing this once is not mandatory.

Once you have completed the quest by collecting 12 weapons, you will receive the 10K XP.
