Oscar The Villager – Locations and Biome
After playing for hours and gathering information about Oscar from my veteran Fortnite friends, here’s what I know about the NPC. Oscar may be an Epic Villager who may not visit your Village, and the only way to find him is by exploring inside the Greenland Biome. This is Oscar’s preferred spawning location/biome; many people saw him around that area. Not one or two but multiple people reported locating the NPC wandering within the corridors of buildings or on vacant lots within the Greenland Biomes, muttering to himself. You can quickly identify him by his costume and tiger-like appearance. Talk to him and fulfill his requirements to recruit him for your Village.

Remember, if he turns out to be an Epic Villager, he is rare, and it may take hours of grinding to locate the NPC. So, don’t give up; continue your journey if you need to find one.
