The Cameo of Relana is found in Enis Castle beyond Enis Castle Place of Grace. Go through Enis Castle until you reach the closed gate. Turn right and drop down the hole. Defeat the enemies or run past them until you reach the open. Turn left and jump over the rocks to reach the top of the waterfall. Continue and climb the ladder to the left.
Upstairs is a storeroom full of enemies. Defeat them and exit, turning left. Go up the stairs and defeat the enemies there. Continue and take the right path that leads to a rocky path overlooking a chasm. Defeat the aristocrats there and go up the stairs. Turn left and be ready to face Moonrithyll, Carian Knight. Next, press forward into the shrine and take Rellana’s Cameo from the altar inside.
What does Rellana’s Cameo do in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
The Cameo of Rellana affects the new mechanic, Stances. Using Talismans to enhance the Ashes of War stances allows you to make the attacks with altered effects or added strength. This is what Rellana’s Cameo does in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
