Dynasty Warriors Origins Pyroxene Map Location List
You can find the list of all Pyroxene spawning sites in Dynasty Warriors Origins in the table below. Note that some Pyroxene locations are one-time only, and those appear almost exclusively in Chapter 1. Information on how to use Pyroxene and how to quickly farm it is further down.
Easiest Way to Farm Pyroxene in Dynasty Warriors Origins
The best place to farm Pyroxene is the Ji Province. In Chapter 1, you can use the Liyang Port-Cangting Port route to refresh the genes (moving provinces refresh Pyroxene patches). In Chapter 2, you will also have You Province Pyroxene generate. From Chapter 3 onwards, you will be able to collect Ji, Vi, and Qing province spawns for a total of 4 Pyroxen every 10-15 seconds.
Other Ways to Obtain Pyroxene
Farming world map Pyroxene spawns aren’t the only way to get Pyroxene in Dynasty Warriors Origins. Instead, you can get it for leveling the province of Paco (+5 Pyroxene per level), of letters, collecting Old Coins, skirmishes (non-story battles), and some missions.
How to Use Pyroxene in Dynasty Warriors Origins – Gem Crafting
To use Pyroxene in DWO, you will need to visit Guest house (in town or camp). Then, choose Create Gemsand select the number of Pyroxene you want to consume. Finally, click on the Section of pyroxene create the gems. It is five gems you can get, and the choice is random. If you get a duplicate gem, its level will be updated. Here are all the gems and their effects:

As you progress in DWO, you will also unlock Satisfactory Results (create more gems from 1 Pyroxene) and Gem Creation – Eyes of the Sacred Bird (narrow down the randomness to just three different gems). These will activate randomly, and generally, it will not affect the gem level balance in the long run. They will all stay pretty much the same throughout the game.
What is the Best Gem to Use?
In general, the best gem use in Dynasty Warriors Origins is the Forgotten Gem. The extra range is especially useful for short-range weapons such as the Gauntlets. However, the A gem of ascension too gains value deeper into the endgameand the Source gem can be useful if you play on the Hero difficulty.
