A brand new looting, shooting, damn toting, extraction game is just around the corner. Arena Breakout Infinite is a hyper-realistic military simulation with all kinds of goodies for FPS gamers to enjoy. If a free-to-play shooter promising impressive visuals, unspeakable customization and awe-inspiring scenery hooked you, then you'll be happy to hear that a closed beta is just around the corner.
In early May a select few will get access to Arena Breakout: Infinite for boots-on-the-ground gameplay to help further iron out bugs or pass on early feedback to the developers. So let's take a look at what's on offer.
What is Arena Breakout Infinite?
Similar to games like Arma, Squad and Escape From Tarkov, Arena Breakout: Infinite has all the bells and whistles an FPS shooter could ever ask for. First, it's free! That's right, you and your friends can jump into Arena Breakout without spending a dime. Customization is a big selling point, allowing you to customize your weapon to a ridiculous degree. Swapping sights, muzzles, barrels and magazines, and customizing a weapon to your needs.
Looking at the customization options for one assault rifle makes me foam at the mouth to get my hands on it. There's also the bonus of teaming up with friends and perhaps random teammates to spark long-lasting friendships.
Since we FPS gamers like to look at our weapons the most, you'll be happy to know that Arena Breakout: Infinite looks stunning, boasting a visual experience that we hope remains true until launch. What can be better than a free game with great visuals and hundreds of gun customization options? Not much comes to mind.

In Arena Breakout: Infinite, you'll fall into the Dark Zone (fancy words for the maps you'll be playing on) and have to loot, shoot and get out of the area before other players grab your corpse. Think Escape From Tarkov, but minus the cheaters. Developer MoreFun Studios has promised their community a heavy hand against cheaters or any unfair competitive advantage, which is all well and good, but we'll have to see if they're really up to the task.
