Best Assault Rifles in MW3 Season 3

Assault rifles are some of the best primary weapons in Call of Duty MW3, and there are many options to choose from. Below, I will tell you which ones are the best for you to use.

Best AR in MW3 Season 3

I took several factors into consideration when compiling this list, including the level required to unlock the weapon, its versatility, dependency, and the current season. With each update, many weapons in MW3 undergo changes that either buff or nerf the weapon. So, for Season 3, here are the best weapons in my opinion, listed in no particular order:

Holger 556

  • Muzzle: Shadow Strike Suppressor
  • barrel: MK. 3 Melter
  • Stock: RB Addle Assault Stock
  • Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Hand Stop
  • Rear Grip: Morning-20 Hold

The Holger 556 is a powerful assault rifle in MW3. The rifle offers reliable range and accuracy, making it versatile for everyday use. With the right load, the Holger 556 can even be overpowered in some situations. With 30 rounds in the magazine and 90 in reserve, the Holger 556 can be unlocked for use once you reach level 37.

  • Muzzle: Shadow Strike Suppressor
  • Stock : HVS 3.4 PAD
  • Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 40 Round Mag
  • Rear Grip: Replica 90 Grip Tape

The RAM-7 is a compact bullpup assault rifle, which means the handling and mobility of this weapon is exceptional. The RAM-7 features a 30-round magazine with 90 rounds in reserve, and you can unlock this light and fast-firing assault rifle once you reach level 25. Given its high rate of fire, the 40-round magazine provides additional firepower to overwhelm the enemies

  • Muzzle: Shadow Strike Suppressor
  • barrel: MK. 3 Melter
  • Stock: RB Regal Heavy Stock
  • Underbarrel: SL Skeletal Vertical Grip
  • Rear Grip: RB Claw-PSL Grip

The MCW is definitely one of the most popular and most used assault rifles in MW3. Unlockable at level 44, the MCW has 30 rounds in the magazine and 90 in the reserve. The MCW is known for being one of the most consistently accurate rifles in MW3. With Season 3, it's a meta rifle to use.

  • Muzzle: Shadow Strike Suppressor
  • barrel: LORE-9 Heavy Barrel
  • Stock: MOAT-40 Stock
  • Underbarrel: DR-6 Hand stop
  • Rear Grip: TRST-IV Grip Tape

The BP50 is yet another compact bullpup assault rifle with a rate of fire higher than some SMGs while delivering heavy base damage to enemies with extreme accuracy. The heavy barrel allows you to use this assault rifle with almost no recoil. You can get the BP50 by completing the B7 sector of the season 2 battle pass.

  • Muzzle: Shadow Strike Suppressor
  • barrel: STV Precision Barrel
  • Stock: Manual V6 Stock
  • Underbarrel: FTAC SP-10 Angled Grip
  • Rear Grip: Citadel Hold

The SVA 545 is my favorite assault rifle when it comes to selectable weapons in MW3. Ever since I got to level four, I rarely ever trade it in for anything else. The SVA 545 has a 30-round magazine with 90 rounds in reserve. If you're just starting to play MW3, you won't need to trade this assault rifle for another one for a while.

When choosing an assault rifle, I always recommend using the weapon that brings you the most enjoyment, regardless of what the best or meta weapons may be. So, I suggest you try out a variety of rifles before you decide to pick one.
