While the concept of evolution is simple, not every unit is capable of evolution, and the units eligible to evolve also require certain materials/criteria to be met. Secret Units
Currently, four types of Secret Units can be evolved in the game.
Phantom Chica -> Spectral Chica

Shadow Freddy -> Wraith Freddy
- Required Items: To develop this unit, you require the following items

Currently, three Nightmare Units can be evolved in the game.
Limited Shadow -> Unlimited Shadow

Springtrap -> Agonized Springtrap

How to get Evolution items in Five Nights TD
To get the items mentioned above, you just have to play the story mode game that offers these items. For example, now, my game Night 2 Chapter 1 offers PizzaSouls, and lock up like possible drop rewards for finishing the level. So, If I want to get these items, I have to play and complete this level. Similarly, look for the levels that offer the required items and finish that. These drops are random and vary from person to person. So, there is no fixed way to grind the materials.

How to Develop Units in Five Nights TD
Evolving the unit is quite easy in Five Nights TD. After jumping into the game, go to the First Workshop Room on the left side of the lobby. Here, jump in the Develop Unit circle and select the unit you want to evolve. Now, place the required materials and press the Evolve button below to transform your unit.
