GTA 6 delay was “inevitable” by Rockstar Games Devs Conversations

The delay of GTA 6 was “inevitable” some time ago based on conversations, Jason Schreier, had several Rockstar Games developers. Rockstar Games’s parent company, Take-Two Interactive, told investors and the rest of the world even recently it was still intended for fall 2025.

In the same post in Bluesky, Schreier revealed that Rockstar’s administration has a “real desire to avoid a brutal crisis”. This is something Rockstar has been exposed in the past during the development of GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2.
